兩步聚合物Immunohistoprobe Plus是一種極其敏感的免疫組化檢測系統(tǒng)。它基于使用兩步聚合物檢測方法的信號放大。通過用于一抗的放大器檢測對組織切片上的抗原特異的一抗，然后檢測聚合物檢測器。然后用合適的底物/色原體強(qiáng)烈可視化抗原位點(diǎn)。Immunohistoprobe Plus不使用抗生物素蛋白或生物素，它*消除了內(nèi)源性抗生物素蛋白 - 生物素活性的非特異性染色。它是目前靈敏的IHC應(yīng)用檢測系統(tǒng)。
